Day 1 & 2    Fri. & Sat., Sept., 21st & 22nd                                                                Fly to London
Fly overnight to London, staying two nights to explore the city.
Day 3
Sun., Sept. 23rd       London City Tour, Tower of London & Crown Jewels            (B)
Visit the Tower of London where you will view the Crown Jewels. See St Paul’s Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, the Queen’s London residence on a city tour. 

Day 4 Mon., Sept. 24th      Windsor Castle, Stratford-upon-Avon                                     (B, D)
Visit Windsor Castle, dating back 1,000 years, it is the world’s oldest inhabited castle. Tour the splendidly furnished State Apartments. Or, if the Queen is in residence, visit St. George’s Chapel. Arrive for a two-night stay at Stratford-upon-Avon. Tour Shakespeare’s birthplace and view Anne Hathaway’s cottage.
Day 5 Tues., Sept. 25th        Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace, Oxford University                 (B, D)
Travel through the charming Cotswolds with its attractive villages. Explore Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of 
Winston Churchill. Travel to Oxford, home to the world’s second oldest university and 
renowned for its architecture. Tonight experience a traditional pub dinner.
Day 6 Wed., Sept. 26th      Bath, Glastonbury & Exeter                                                               (B, D)
Travel to Bath, founded by the Romans as a thermal spa and tour the preserved 2,000-year-old Baths with its natural mineral springs. Stop in Glastonbury where mythical King Arthur is believed to be buried. 
Day 7 Thurs., Sept. 27th      Excursion to Cornwall     (B)
Journey along the picturesque Cornish coast with its coves and villages to Cornwall. View mighty St. Michael’s Mount castle, steeped in legend and folklore and dates from the 14th century.  
Day 8
Fri., Sept. 28th       Salisbury, Stonehenge     (B)
At Salisbury Cathedral view a copy of the Magna Carta, signed in 1215 by King John. Visit the world’s most mysterious prehistoric monument, Stonehenge. The first stone was placed here 5,000 years ago.

Day 9
Sat., Sept. 29th       Homeward Bound            (B)
Depart for a flight to San Francisco, returning via motor coach to Manteca, Stockton & Lodi.
