Most of us live less than 100 miles from the world-class city of San Francisco but we don’t get
there often enough. This trip showcases both the historic treasure of the Presidio, established in
1776, and one of the city’s most recent redevelopments, The Salesforce Park.

As theater comes back to life, you have the option of attending a performance of “My Fair Lady”
at the Orpheum Theater. (Price to be announced). In this beautifully designed revival the magic
of the timeless classic incudes musical numbers such as “Wouldn’t It Be Loverly?”, “Get Me to
the Church on Time” and “I’ve Grown Accustomed to Her Face”, it’s no wonder everyone falls in
love with Eliza Doolittle time and time again.

Daily Itinerary:
Day 1 Wed., Nov. 10 Salesforce Park & a Bay Cruise, Optional Theater (L)
In San Francisco, begin with lunch at the Delancy Street Restaurant before exploring the new Salesforce Park. Take a bay cruise, enjoying San Francisco’s Skyline and cruising under the Golden Gate Bridge
Tonight you can chose free time in the city or a performance of “My Fair Lady” at an additional charge.
Spend the night at the Zephyr hotel, in the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf.
Day 2 Thurs., Nov. 11 Veterans Day at the Presidio (B, L)
Enjoy a historian guided tour of the Presidio, established in 1776. At 1,500 acres San Francisco’s Presidio is the largest National Park within a city in the United States. It served as a military installation under the Spanish, Mexicans, and American California. It has now been decommissioned and turned into a National Park serving a variety of uses. Begin at Lucas Arts Park, home to George Lucas’ Industrial Light and Magic, view sculptures honoring San Francisco’s history of film and television, complete with a fountain featuring Yoda of Star Wars fame.
